I got this for my camp kitchen to flip pancakes and eggs. It's a great lightweight turner. It claims to be heat resistant but the tip of mine melted upon first use. It was to flip a pancake. The pan was on low heat so I'm not sure why it melted a little. It wasn't enough to ruin it however. I was surprised. But, it's the lightest weight turner I found so I'll stick with it. I'm just careful not to leave it on the pan for too long.I’ve been using this spatula for many years. I’ve even gifted them to other cooks I know. They work extremely well with high heat & anti stick cookware. Clean up is easy too. I’d recommend the black spatulas as they do not show spice stain colors like the green ones I have do.I have used many other products but this one is the best one . It has just the right flexibility needed for control easy to clean. I would buy it againThis little slotted spatula works great. Thin enough to be able to get underneath delicate foods, and sturdy enough that it doesn’t bend backwards. This is a great addition to my utensils.This spatula has brought peace to my kitchen. Before I bought it I was subject to immediate criticism if I came within three feet of one of our nonstick pans while holding a metal spatula. Now I can cook without having to constantly look over my shoulder. It is a convenient size and shape for doing all the things one does with a spatula (other than lifting/moving large cuts of meat on the grill or smoker, where a big metal spatula reigns supreme). It is less expensive than a similar product I considered. I can't address its heat resistance except to say that so far I haven't managed to melt it. It has survived many trips through the dishwasher. If you (or someone who likes to hover around while you are cooking) are concerned about scratching your nonstick cookware I recommend this product.This is flexible and I have found it to be very useful for everything from eggs to hash browns.Difficult to flip burgers, eggs, anything really. Recently purchased several items that were recommended on line and honestly, they were pretty bad.Think I’ll refrain from on line purchases unless I can see/touch product first.I love it! Good price and the best stir fry spatula ever.It says "Hi Heat" but it's not true. The tips melted whilst flipping a "crispy at the edges" fried egg. Admittedly I was not frying in a non-stick pan but a hot carbon steel wok, but surely if egg was not burnt, the turning tool should not melt. Have to scrape off blue plasticky bits off with finger nails in hot soapy water. A few more fried eggs and there probably won't be much of the flipper tool left.Just right for the job of egg frying and a sensible price as well. This slice seems harder than the traditional black nylon slice so might last longer than the one I chucked out. 15 years will be tough to beat but I'll update my review if it does last that long..Used this for about 6 months now. Great product.
